Our client sought to enhance rental income on a long-held mixed-use investment property. In accordance with recent California legislation, two detached ADUs were added to the property, providing well-designed, independent living spaces. Each unit comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 9-foot ceilings, wood cabinetry, and Hi-Macs countertops throughout. These ADUs offer both affordable housing options for the community and a valuable return on investment, representing a thoughtful and strategic enhancement to the property.
