After an unfortunate fire destroyed their previous ADU, our client explored rebuilding options and found that conventional stick-built construction would have cost nearly three times more than a prefabricated solution. Partnering with Alliance X PreFab Productions, they were able to create a comfortable and private space for the entire family to live together on a single parcel. The result is a spacious, light-filled 1,159 sq. ft. home featuring 2 bedrooms plus a den, 2 bathrooms, and an open living area that highlights a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast nook, as well as a laundry room with full hookups.
