Alliance's second ADU was completed in early 2021. We designed this 460 sq. ft. ADU for a client whose older children needed their own living space. We transformed an underused backyard into a new, light-filled unit. Features include a large sliding door and recessed lights to keep it filled with light and air. Finished with upscale detailing, in-unit laundry, and plenty of room for patio space, this ADU punches well above its weight. NOTE: THIS IS A COMPLETED ADU PROJECT AND IS NOT FOR SALE.
