On August of 2020, we began looking at new manufactured homes to replace the older 1972 home we had purchased in Spring Lakes Park, Scotts Valley, CA.
For the first month we simply searched online and looked at floor plans we were interested in and that would fit our lot. We contacted several resellers, but Alex really stood out. We felt comfortable, because he listened to our concerns. He remained flexible throughout the process, and was very responsive to our emails and phone calls. As our new home buying experience continued, his knowledge of the manufactured home industry proved invaluable. Although Alliance Manufactured Homes office was 40 minutes away, we never felt Alex was further away than a phone call to answer and assist us in achieving our goals.
