Tram the agent extremely helpful and carefully explain in detail about the process of purchasing our new manufacture home. Tran another agent very supportive and explain step by step how the new manufacture home make from what kind of material, how long does the manufacture home last, which feature come with the new manufacture home and warranty. Kudos to Marc Blumthal’s team including Tram and Alex Ching for helping me purchase my first home successfully. The team is on top of the communication and dedication throughout the 6-month long process from customizing the home factory order to on-site delivery, construction completion, and escrow closing week. Marc and Tram are willing to spend extra efforts and time outside their office hours and during vacation time to answer my questions, fulfill my upgrade/modification needs, clarify additional details, and provide information that can facilitate my understanding about the home model, customized design, and buying process. It was a pleasant and happy experience to work with this team, because I met other sales agents who want to complete their jobs quick by giving direct answers Yes and No without further consulting back to their team on whether they can fulfill the client needs and make allowable exceptions. The team is industry knowledgeable, informative, transparent, and collaborative to make this factory order and buying process seamless.
