I had a great experience working with Marc on the purchase of my home at 534 Millpond Dr. From the very beginning, he really listened to what I was looking for and helped me negotiate a strong deal on the home in Millpond. He was able to take everything I wanted and distill it into an offer that ultimately got accepted by the seller.

One of the biggest challenges during the process was the park approval. It ended up taking three attempts before I was approved. Looking back, part of the delay was my hesitation to fully follow Marc’s guidance on how to approach the application. Even so, he made sure I felt heard and respected. We worked through two different game plans that unfortunately resulted in residency denial letters.

After the second denial, I realized I should have trusted his expertise from the start. We regrouped, created a new strategy for the third submission, and it worked — I was approved, and we closed in less than five days after that.

Marc went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He signed escrow documents with me at my convenience, was there with me at the park lease signing, and personally handed me the keys at closing. He even walked me through the home afterward, helped me change my mailing address with USPS, and assisted in getting my internet service set up.
