We had wanted an ADU installed in 2020, and had inquired with Alliance, but the pandemic intervened. In 2023, we revisited the process of installing an ADU. Alliance MH and their Prefab Productions division were awesome — professional, helpful and responsive. Costs and processes were transparent. Brian Shaw of Prefab Productions handled the permit* and inspections, as well as interfacing with subcontractors. We recommend Alliance/Prefab Productions to anyone seeking a quality built and affordable prefabricated ADU.

I’ve rarely heard him make those comments, so I just wanted you both to know how much your workmanship is appreciated. The HCD inspector yesterday made a quick comment to me that you do excellent work. I’ll be sure when the opportunity arises to let my park friends hear those comments.
