Not only is the design of the house supremely important to our customers; the installation is critical. What sets Alliance apart from the rest is we have our own in-house construction division–Alliance Installations.

Our Installations department carries a CSLB C47 General Manufactured Housing Contractors License (912670) and its primary focus is to execute and manage the build process for all Alliance projects and 3rd party installs. Our install team has set over 7,000 manufactured homes. We own and maintain our own yard sufficient to accommodate 5 managers, 25 hourly employees, and 21 specialty vehicles. We can keep up with the demands of a high-volume operation while simultaneously maintaining our second to none finished-quality standards.
