This ADU collaboration between Alliance and PreFab Productions was completed in 2022.

The team transformed an exposed and underutilized yard area into a space for the homeowner's kids due to the insane housing market in the Bay Area. The result is a charming backyard unit that feels like home. The main living space has high 9' tray ceilings to make the space live larger than it actually is. The open kitchen is equipped with a large center island with breakfast bar, ample counter and cabinet space, and stainless steel appliances. The bedrooms have plush carpeting, 9' ceilings, and large closets.
